Applicant - Jeremy Berg 2.b 'Baird Rezone and General Plan Amendment,' PLZ-25-4012, an application to rezone approximately .71 acres located at 1742 and 1758 West 11800 South from RR-22 to RM-8-SD, and to amend the General Plan from Estate-Density Residential to High Density Residential.
