NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on the 8th of January 2026 At the Hanksville Community Center; meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Pledge of Allegiance Prayer Roll Call Swearing in of Peter Devonshire as new council member Approval of Minutes from prior meeting Report of Officers: Council Member Mona Wells - Cemetery, Park and Gun Range Council Member Eric Wells - Water and Sewer Council Member Robert Gilner - Roads Mayor Jeffren T. Pei Treasurer - Jessica Alvey - Budget training Clerk - Lisa Wells Planning Commission - Ashton Brian Hanksville Tourism Advisory Board - Brittani Wells - report on New Year's event and spending. Tabled Business: Subdivision Ordinance revision - Updated Ordinance #2023-01 to reflect language as per SB 174. The Planning Commission has already held a public hearing regarding this revision. New Business: Public Comment: Optional Closed Session may be held pursuant to UCA 52-4-205
