- N O T I C E Sanpete County Economic Opportunity Board Meeting Schedule for 2026 The Sanpete County Economic Opportunity Board will hold their regular monthly meetings in 2026 on the third Thursday of each month. All agendas for the meetings will be posted at least 24 hours in advance. Any changes to date, time or place of these meetings will be posted 24 hours in advance. It is mandatory for anyone wishing to be placed on the agenda to contact Jeff Tanner by the Monday before said meeting. Individuals with disabilities needing special accommodations should contact Jeff Tanner at 801-864-3014 at least 3 working days in advance. January 16, 2026 Mt.
