Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE: HEBER CITY COUNCIL 2x SPECIAL MEETINGS 2026 ANNUAL RETREAT The Heber City Council will convene for two Special Meetings in January 2026, to discuss and establish the Council's policy and budgeting priorities for the coming year. The first meeting will take place on Thursday, January 22, 2026, beginning at 5:00 p.m. The second meeting will take place on Saturday, January 24, 2026, beginning at 8:00 a.m. The location for both meetings will be in the Community Room at the Public Safety Building located at 301 South Main Street, Heber City, Utah.
