- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD of MILLARD COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AMENDMENT APPLICATION # Z-2025-074 Zone Change from Agriculture 20 (AG-20) to Range & Forest (RF) Notice is hereby given that the Board of Millard County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 10:45 a.m. at the Millard County Courthouse, Commission Chambers, 50 South Main, Fillmore, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on a Zoning Ordinance Map Amendment application to change the zoning of the property described below from Agriculture 20 (AG 20) to Range & Forest (RF) located approximately 6.5 miles southwest of Holden along State Highway 100; and more particularly described as: SW1/4, W1/2 NW1/4 SEC 15, T20S, R5W, SLM [APN 6721] N1/2 NE1/4 SEC 15, T20S, R5W, SLM [APN: 6719] S1/2 NE1/4, N1/2 SE1/4, SW1/4 SE1/4 SEC 15, T20S, R5W, SLM [APN: 6719-A] SE1/4 SE1/4 SEC 15, T20S, R5W, SLM [APN: 6720] Approximately 560.0 acres A copy of the application for the proposed zone change is available for review and inspection at the Millard County Offices, 71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah, and the Millard County Clerk's Office, 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6; Fillmore, UT.
