- INVITATION TO BID Separate sealed bids for construction of Washington City Slurry Seal 2026 project will be received by Washington City Public Works Office 1305 E Washington Dam Rd, Washington, UT 84780 no later than 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January, 20, 2026 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud . The work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to construct the facilities and features called for by the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and as shown on the DRAWINGS. 280,403 square yards of Washington City roads to be treated with a Type II Slurry Seal per Specifications and Drawings. 163,380 square yards of Washington City roads to be treated with a Type III Micro Surface per Specifications and Drawings. This project is funded by Washington City. Plans and Specifications have been prepared by Washington City and will be available at 10:00 A.M. January 6, 2026on the Washington City website: There will be no pre-bid tour.
