- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES BOUNTIFUL IRRIGATION DISTRICT DAVIS COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Bountiful Irrigation District, Davis County, Utah, will hold its monthly open Board of Trustees' meeting at the office of said District at 995 South 500 West, Bountiful, Davis County, Utah, pursuant to the District's Electronic Board Meeting Policies and Procedures. Electronic means will be available for the public and other interested persons to participate in the board meeting. Contact the District for electronic access. The board meeting will commence at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 14, 2026. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Manager's Report (for discussion and approval) - Swearing in of new Board Member - Appointing new Board Officers B. Approval of minutes of December 10, 2025 C. Manager's Report continued (for discussion only) - Meter installation update - Discussion of future funds allocation and projects. - Discussion to streamline Board meetings. - Posting of Agenda and Minutes to BID and state websites. - Safety - Water User Conference, St. George, March 16-18 - Discussion of future agenda items D. Financial - Approval of Monthly Expenses: E. Closed Session - move to closed session to discuss items pursuant to UCA ยง 52-4-205
