3. Administer Oath of Office - Administer the Oath of Office for the Recently Elected Mayor, Craig Simons.
4. Organization of the Board for 2026 - Appoint a Chairman, Vice-Chairman & Trustee for the 2026 Board, Appoint a Board Member to the HVSSD Board
5. Set 2026 Meeting Schedule - Discuss and Approve a 2026 Meeting Schedule
6. Accept the 2025 Impact Fee Report -Discuss and Possibly Certify/Approve the 2025 Impact Fee Report Plus any Additional Capital Improvement Impact Fee Eligible Expenditures
7. Reconvene as MSD District Audit Committee Board

8. Reconvene as MSD Board of Trustees Regular Meeting
9. Department Reports - Receive an Update on Flows, Sewer Rehabilitation, Metering & Infiltration, District Activities, Projects and Issues of the District
10. (As Needed) Closed Executive Session to Discuss Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation, Purchase, Exchange or Lease of Property and/or the Character, Professional Competence or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual
