Panguitch City Planning and Zoning Minutes October 6, 2025, at 5:00 pm The Panguitch Planning and Zoning meeting was held at the Panguitch City Office at 25 S 200 E. Those in attendance were City Manager Mat Houston, City Recorder Tyrissa Howell, Committee Chair Chad Veater, and committee members Jon Torgerson, Clarence Herron, Ashlee Milby, Jaynie Connor, Clint Albrecht, and Tracy Wright. Others in attendance were Teresa Wood. Adoption of the Agenda Tracy Wright moved, seconded by Clarence, to approve the agenda. The motion passed with all in favor. Approval of the Minutes Jon Torgerson moved, seconded by Tracy Wright, to approve the August 8, 2025, minutes. The motion passed with all in favor. Tracy Wright moved, seconded by Clarence Herron, to approve the August 4, 2025, minutes. The motion passed with all in favor. Signage- Children's Justice Center Tracy Wright moved, seconded by Clint Albrecht to approve the signage for The Children's Justice Center. The motion passed with all in favor.
