1. Approve the draft minutes of the Black Ridge Infrastructure Financing District board meeting held on December 12, 2025.
2. Approve and ratify payment applications and requisition requests made since the last board meeting.

1. Consider approval of engagement for an auditor for 2025 audit of Black Ridge Infrastructure Financing District.
E. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Annual Board Training - Open and Public Meeting Act (open-and-public-meetings-act-training-2025) by January 31, 2026
2. Renew Conflict of Interest Certifications by January 31, 2026.
3. Renew Ethical Behavior Certifications by January 31, 2026.
4. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any public infrastructure district business.
