- NOTICE OF CONSULTANT SERVICES Cedar City Corporation is seeking the services of a qualified engineering or accounting firm or individual to perform a comprehensive utility bill audit of Cedar City's electrical bills, natural gas bills, internet service provider bills, and telecommunication bills. If you are interested in submitting a proposal, information on the Request for Proposals and Guidelines for Preparing Proposals will be available on January 5, 2026, and can be obtained from Paul Bittmenn, Cedar City Manager, at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah 84720, Telephone (435) 865-5101, email: pualb@cedarcityut.gov. The deadline for submitting the proposal is 5:00 PM on Friday, January 16, 2026. Ceda City reserves the right to reject all proposals and waive any and all informalities.
