IVINS CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA January 15, 2026 Mayor Kevin Smith City Council Members Sharon Barton Sharon Gillespie Dillon Hurt Mike Scott City Manager Chuck Gillette The Ivins City Council will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers, 85 N. Main St., Ivins, UT, on Thursday, January 15, 2026. The meeting will begin at 5:30 P.M. Newly elected Mayor Kevin Smith and newly elected Council Member Dillon Hurt were sworn in to office on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Immediately prior to the commencement of this City Council meeting, re-elected Council Member Mike Scott will be sworn in. Continue to interview candidates to fill a mid-term vacancy on the City Council and discuss and consider approval of Resolution No. 2026-02R, a Resolution of Ivins City, Utah, appointing a City Council Member to fill a Mid-Term Vacancy D. Discuss and consider the Planning Commission's recommendation on a Proposed Class V Conditional Use Permit Application for Enbridge Energy Gas Regulator Station.
