ORANGEVILLE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING Tuesday, January 6, 2026 6:30 PM PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN. The Planning and Zoning Commission of Orangeville City, Utah will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on January 6, 2026 at 6:30 pm to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth. PUBLIC HEARING 6:30 PM 1. Open Meeting 2. Discuss/Consider Ordinance 2026-1 - An ordinance adopting the Wildlife Urban Interface Code to comply with HB 48. 3. Discuss/Consider Ordinance 2026-2- an ordinance amending the subdivision regulations in Chapter 15, Article A, Article B, and Article C, to ensure compliance with Utah ANN 10-9a-6. 4. Close Public Meeting and Open the regular session. REGULAR MEETING AGENDA Items to discuss, approve or deny: 1. Open Meeting 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of minutes 4. Citizen Concerns 5. Discuss/Consider: 30 day restriction of stay in RV Parks 9. Discuss/Consider: Definition of land distance between Short-term rentals 10. Approve/Deny: Amend description of distance between Short-term rentals 11. Approve/Deny Ordinance 2026-1 - An ordinance adopting the Wildlife Urban Interface Code to comply with HB 48. 12. Approve/Deny: Ordinance 2026-2- an ordinance amending the subdivision regulations in Chapter 15, Article A, Chapter B, and Article C, to ensure compliance with Utah ANN 10-9a-6. 13.
