NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Wasatch Peaks
Ranch Public Infrastructure District ('District'), Morgan County, Utah, has determined to
cancel the regular meeting on January 12, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at 36 S. State Street, Suite 500,
Salt Lake City, UT 84111 and virtually via Teams.
This notice is given by order of the Board of Directors of the District.
