CLEVELAND TOWN PLANNING & ZONING AGENDA January 7, 2026 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland Call to Order Pledge Minutes: Approve November Meeting Minutes Public Comments: This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence Please limit your comments to three minutes State Law prohibits the Commission from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. Action Agenda: 1. Discuss/Approve/Deny building permit for Nick and Shianne Larsen to build an addition onto their house located at 150 S 300 W. Work Meeting: 1. OPMA training at https://training.auditor.utah.gov/ 2. Continue working on ordinance for individual motel units, cabins, and recreational vehicle courts. 3. Any other items needing attention. 4. Adjourn Meeting. The next regular Planning Commission Meeting will be held on February 4, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
