- A public hearing will be held on the following matter: - A petition to the Planning Commission to forward a positive recommendation to the South Salt Lake City Council for an Ordinance Amendment establishing a Conditional Use for Dwelling, Multi-Family (under 50 units) within the Downtown District; adding a definition for Dwelling, Multi-Family Micro-Unit Housing; and amending the Land Use Matrix, parking requirements, and the Downtown Form-Based Code. A public meeting will be held on the following matter: - A petition to the Planning Commission for a Conditional Use Permit for a Category II Home Occupation, for an in-home salon business, located at 3086 S 500 E. The applicant is Daisy L Johnson.
