- PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE REGULAR TOWN COUNCIL MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE REPAYMENT SCHEDULE ON THE $877,000 SEWER REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2026; AND RELATED MATTERS during the Regular Town Council Meeting scheduled for Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., at the Town of Manila Senior/Community Center located at 165 W. Hwy 43, Manila, Utah. TOWN OF MANILA REGULAR MEETING SENIOR-COMMUNITY CENTER 165 E HWY 43 JANUARY 8, 2026, AT 5:30 P.M. REGULAR MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: PRESENT: GUESTS: EXCUSED: PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: BUSINESS: CONSENT CALENDAR: ADDENDUM: SEWER REVENUE BOND RESOLUTION: A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE REPAYMENT SCHEDULE ON THE $877,000 SEWER REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2026; AND RELATED MATTERS. STEVE WOOD: Existing home inspections HB 48 AND WUI CODE AND MAPPING REQUIREMENTS: Resolution of the Town of Manila adopting the Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) Code and Official WUI mapping in accordance with Utah House Bill 48.
