ORANGEVILLE CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING Monday, January 5, 2026 6:00 P.M. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Orangeville City will hold a Special Meeting at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 25 North Main, Orangeville, Utah, 84537, to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth. SPECIAL MEETING 6:00 P.M. Agenda will be as follows: 1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell 2. Prayer 3. Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Shaun Bell 4. Swear in Newly Elected Mayor 5. Swear in Newly Elected City Council Members 6. Appoint and Swear in the City Recorder and City Treasurer 7. Appoint Mayor Pro tem 8. Adjourn CLOSED SESSION Possible closed session for the purpose to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; to discuss strategy on collective bargaining; to discuss strategy on pending or reasonably imminent litigation; to discuss the purchase, exchange, sale, or lease of real property, including a water right or water shares or to discuss financial implications of certain development agreements or proposals; to discuss the sale of real property under certain conditions; to discuss the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems; or to discuss investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal conduct as provided in Utah Code Ann. § 52-4-205.
