- Regular City Council meetings are generally held on the Second and Fourth Tuesdays of the month unless there is conflict with a holiday or event. Meetings are held beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Duchesne City Building Council Chambers located at 500 E Main St, Duchesne City, Utah, 84021. A meeting may be cancelled or re-scheduled, and Special Meetings may be scheduled as publicly noticed. Please refer to the agenda and meeting packet material publicly noticed on the Utah Public Notice Website https://www.utah.gov or the City Website https://www.duchesnecity.com
