- NOTICE INVITING BIDS - PROVO CITY CORPORATION will receive sealed bids for the 2026 Provo City Pavement Condition Assessment, Bid No. PR2026001005. Bids will be received until 11:00 a.m. February 2, 2026, through online means of U3P (Bonfire/Euna). WORK PRIMARILY CONSISTS OF: Provo City is requesting proposals for road condition assessment and pavement management plan. COMPLETION OF WORK: The WORK must be completed by July 1, 2026. OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Request for Proposal may be obtained online at Bonfire (www.purchasing.utah.gov) January 12, 2026. NOTICE OF PUBLICATION: Published in the Daily Herald February 9, 17, 19 2026; posted on Bonfire beginning January 12, 2026 through February 2, 2026. PROJECT INFORMATION: Information on 2026 Provo City Pavement Condition Assessment project may be requested from David Michelsen, Project Engineer, (801) 852-6736.
