PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council shall meet on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m., at Kaysville City Hall, 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, Utah. The purpose of the meeting is for newly elected and re-elected officials to be sworn in and to take the Oath of Office for their respective offices, as required by the Utah State Constitution and Utah Code. All interested parties are invited to attend. This notice serves as official posting that a quorum of the Kaysville City Council may be present. No official City discussions, decisions, or actions regarding policies, regulations, code changes, or other City business items will take place. I hereby certify that I posted a copy of the foregoing notice at Kaysville City Hall, on the Kaysville City website (www.kaysville.gov), and on the Utah Public Notice website (www.utah.gov/pmn). Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

A member of the governing body may participate in meetings by telephone providing that at least three members of the City Council are present in person at the meeting, no more than two members of the governing body participate by telephone, and if the Mayor is participating by telephone, the governing body shall elect one of the members physically present to preside over the meeting as Mayor pro-tempore.
