PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Town of Sterling Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with their regular scheduled meeting on January 20, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. until all public comment is made at the Sterling Town Hall, located at 60 North 100 West. The purpose of the hearing will be to discuss an application to the Permanent Community Impact Fund Board for a Water Improvement project. Items to be discussed include: funding options, project scope, implementation schedule and its effects on residents. All interested citizens are welcome to attend the public hearing. In compliance with ADA those citizens in need of assistance, please call Town Hall at (435) 835-1799, 48 hours before the meeting.
