- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING VACATION OF ELECTRICAL EASEMENTS AND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS LOCATED WITHIN THE CACHE VALLEY MARKETPLACE FINAL PLAT LOTS 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 The City of Logan has received a formal request for the vacation of electrical easements and public utility easements internal to the Cache Valley Marketplace commercial subdivision in Logan, Utah. The Logan Municipal Council will hold a public hearing on January 20, 2026 not before 5:30 p.m. in the Logan Municipal Council Chambers, 290 North 100 West, Logan Utah to consider the adoption of an ordinance vacating said right of way. The petition will be available for signing in the City Engineering Office until 5:00 p.m. on the date indicated above.
