- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING VACATION OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY LOCATED ADJACENT TO PARCELS 05-052-0053, 05-052-0051, 05-052-0052, AND 05-052-0001, LOCATED AT 900 NORTH 1000 WEST, LOGAN, UTAH 84321 The City of Logan has received a formal request for the vacation of certain public right of way located at the intersection of 900 North 1000 West in Logan, Utah. The Logan Municipal Council will hold a public hearing on January 20, 2026 not before 5:30 p.m. in the Logan Municipal Council Chambers, 290 North 100 West, Logan Utah to consider the adoption of an ordinance vacating said right of way. The petition will be available for signing in the City Engineering Office until 5:00 p.m. on the date indicated above.
