NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Oak City Mayor and Town Council shall hold a Public Hearing on January 22 at 7:45 pm. The location of the Public Hearing is the Oak City Town Hall, 30 W. Center Street, Oak City, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive and consider public comment regarding annexation of the following real property: COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 200 North 250 East FULL LEGAL DESCRIPTION BEGINNING AT A POINT WHICH LIES S00 26'54'E 170.76 FEET ALONG THE SECTION LINE AND N89 33'06'E 487.74 FEET FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 16 SOUTH, RANGE 4 WEST, SALT LAKE BASE & MERIDIAN; AND RUNNING THENCE ALONG THE EXISTING TOWN OF OAK CITY BOUNDARY THE FOLLOWING (2) CALLS: (1) S00 26'42'E 536.49 FEET, (2) S04 03'34'W 556.72 FEET TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF THE 'HENDERSON PROPERTY' RECORDED AS ENTRY #00215359 IN BOOK 705 AT PAGE 144 IN THE OFFICE OF THE MILLARD OCUNTY RECORDER; THENCE ALONG SAID LINE N55 57'01'E 198.55 FEET; THENCE ALONG AN EXISTING FENCE LINE THE FOLLOWING (3) CALLS: (1) N56 28'48'E 495.95 FEET, (2) N32 28'01'E 431.80 FEET, (3) N00 04'17'W 342.27 FEET; THENCE N89 59'10'W 774.09 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
