- PUBLIC NOTICE The Cedar City Council will hold work meetings on the first and third Wednesday of each month and regular meetings on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month during 2026, with some exceptions. The adopted meeting schedule is as follows: January 7 Work 14 Action 21 Work 28 Action February 4 Work 11 Action 18 Work 25 Action March 4 Work 11 Action 18 Work 25 Action April 1 Work 8 Action 15 Work 22 Action 29 No Meeting May 6 Work 13 Action 20 Work 27 Action June 3 Work 10 Action 17 Work 24 Action July 1 Work 8 Action 15 Work 22 Action 29 No Meeting August 5 Work 12 Action 19 Work 26 Action September 2 Work 9 Action 16 Work 23 Action 30 No Meeting October 7 Work 14 Action 21 Work 28 No Meeting (ULCT) November 4 Action/Work 11 No Meeting 18 Action/Work 25 No Meeting December 2 Action 9 Work 16 Action 23 No Meeting 30 No Meeting The meetings will be held at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the City Office, 10 North Main, Cedar City, Utah. PUBLIC NOTICE The committees and boards for Cedar City will hold their 2026 meetings at the City Offices, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. They are as follows: Board of Adjustments -First Monday of each month - 5:15 p.m. Planning Commission-First & Third Tuesday of each month, except in April, they will meet the fifth Tuesday in March and skip the first Tuesday in April and November, they will meet the 4th Tuesday in October and skip the first Tuesday in November (election day) - 5:15 p.m. Redevelopment Agency -Meet as needed. Municipal Building Authority - Meet as needed. Other committees appointed by the mayor will meet as needed. PUBLIC NOTICE The Cedar City Library Board will hold regular meetings on the third Tuesday of odd months during 2026. The meetings will be held at 12:00 p.m. at the Public Library, 303 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah. Posted December 31, 2025
