KAMAS CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA TUESDAY, JANUARY 6, 2026 6:00 P.M. Kamas City Hall 170 N. Welcome and Pledge of Allegiance 2. Public Hearing: Amend the Kamas Municipal Code to eliminate all references to Conditional Uses and revising Permitted Uses within the zoning districts. 3. Public Hearing: Amend the definitions in the Kamas Municipal Code 15.02.010. 4. Public Hearing: Amending the Kamas Municipal Code 15.30.020 to add Dairy as a Permitted Use on the Allowed Use Table and add Agricultural Tourism zone to the Allowed Use Table. 5. Continued discussion: RVH KBC 4 requesting approval for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a height adjustment at 175 W 320 S. 6. Continued discussion: Ballerina Farm requesting to amend the Kamas City Municipal Code 15.22.030 to reduce the wetlands setbacks. 7. Continued discussion: Amending the Kamas City Municipal Code 15.02.010 and 15.27.060 to allow Panhandle Lots within Kamas City 8. Ian Ferguson/ Mountain Refined: Discussion on parking requirements for a business at 10 S. Main Street. 9. Approval of the 2026 Kamas City Planning Commission Schedule. 10. Approval of the November 18, 2025 Meeting Minutes 11. Other Panning & Zoning Business 12. Adjournment
