- Providence City Citizens, Please take notice that the Providence City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing to take comments and questions from the public regarding a proposed code amendment to Providence City Code 10-8-10 Affordable Housing Incentives. Amendment seeks to improve access to housing opportunities for low- and moderate-income residents. Improve fair housing practices. Encourage and support the provision of affordable housing units For information about what changes are being added please contact the Providence City Offices at 164 N Gateway Dr, by phone at 435-752-9441 or visit providencecity.com. DATE: Wednesday January 14th, 2026 TIME: 6:00 PM LOCATION: 164 N GATEWAY DR. The purpose of the public hearing is to provide an opportunity for anyone interested to comment before any action is taken. The city invites you to offer your comments by attending the hearing or by email to providencecityutah@gmail.com or text to 435-752-9441.
