- Public Notice December 30, 2025 VERNAL CITY PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Vernal City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Vernal City Council Chambers, located at 374 East Main Street, Vernal, Utah, to consider the following items: - American Dreams Preliminary Plat Property located at 256 E 600 S, Parcel No. 05:051:0045 - Parkridge Preliminary Plat Properties located at 979 W 300 S, 950 W 400 S, and 998 W 500 S, Parcel Nos. 05:015:0034, 05:015:0037, and 05:015:0036 - Hofheins Preliminary Plat Properties located at 70 E 500 S, 76 E 500 S, and 80 E 500 S, Parcel Nos. 05:052:0125, 05:052:0126, and 05:052:0127 All interested persons are encouraged to attend. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals requiring special accommodations should contact Braeden Christofferson at (435) 789-2255 at least five (5) days prior to the hearing.
