NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE PUBLIC OF TRENTON THE TRENTON TOWN COUNCIL Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Council and to the general public that the Trenton Town Council will hold a meeting on Tuesday January 6, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah. AGENDA 1. Oath of Office for Newly Elected Officials Clerk Smith 2. Meeting called to order Mayor Erick Simmonds 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Approval of Agenda 5. Approval of Minutes December 2, 2025 6. Review and approval of January 2026 checks PUBLIC COMMENTS Comments will be taken from the public on items that are not on the agenda. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes 1. 2026 Town Council Meeting schedule 2. Assignment of Council Duties- Mayor Erick Simmonds 3. Mosquito abatement representative appointment 4. Business License- Larry Maughan General Construction 5. Parks/Recreation/Cemetery update 6. Roads update 7. Planning & Zoning update 8. Water update 9. Mayor update Councilmembers may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Council. No action can be taken on these issues. NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-205.
