Proposed zone change is from Agriculture 5 (A-5) Zone to Highway Commercial (HC) Zone. Jason May, Attorney for Target Logistics Management and Agent of Property Owners Bryan James Komarek and Jason Pierce; applicant. The Commission will consider input from all interested parties prior to making a recommendation to the Delta City Council on this issue.
The Applicant, Target Logistics Management, intends to develop a professional workforce housing campus designed to support the significant industrial and infrastructure projects currently underway in the Delta region, including the Delta Data Center Gigasite. This facility will operate as a commercial hospitality use, providing high-quality, secure, 24-7 professionally managed accommodations for the specialized workforce essential to these projects.
