NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING PROPOSED BOARD COMPENSATION Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Sandy Suburban Improvement District will conduct a public hearing on January 15, 2026, commencing at 6:00 p.m., at the District offices located at 8855 South 700 West, Sandy, Utah 84070, for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding proposed adjustments to the compensation of members of the Board of Trustees, pursuant to Utah Code Ann. 17B-1-307. This hearing will occur during a standalone meeting called exclusively for the Board's consideration of compensation matters. Notice of this hearing is provided for at least seven consecutive days prior to the hearing. The notice is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website, on the District's official website, and at a public location within the District that is reasonably calculated to give actual notice to District residents for the full duration of the seven-day period. The Board will ensure that the physically posted notice remains in place throughout the notice period and will replace it within a reasonable time if it is removed or damaged. All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment. Written comments may also be submitted to the District Clerk at cwhetten@sandysid.com prior to the hearing.

In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations, including auxiliary communications aids and services, during these meetings should notify the ADA Coordinator at least three working days prior to the meeting.
