3. Compensation: New Board discussion and potential action
regarding board member compensation.
4. Financial Review: Review financials and Treasurer's summary.
5. Approval of Minutes: Review and action to approve August 2025
minutes.
6. Resolution 20260114-01: Discussion and vote on 2025 Election
Cancellation Resolution.
7. Resolution 20260114-02: Discussion and vote on District By-Laws
Resolution.
8. Personnel Matter: Board discussion and potential action regarding
furlough pay for Jason and Jim.
9. Legal/NOI: Action to approve NOI cancellation and authorize
delivery to legal counsel.
10. Source Protection: Action to approve Marathon letter
regarding District Source Protection.
11. Budget: Board to discuss and potential action to adopt a
tentative 2026 budget.
12. Water Master Report: Operational update and report.
13. Public Comments: (Comments limited to 3 minutes per
person).
