Mendon South Canal CUP - A request for a 6-month extension of the effective period of approval to create and operate a piped canal (Use Type 5610 - Utility Facility, Distribution) 2. Frenchies Farm Lot Split 1st Subdivision Amendment - A request to amend a 2-lot subdivision by adding a third lot and creating an agricultural remainder by splitting Lot 2. The subdivision is located at 1127 E. 13000 N., Cove. Regular Action Items 3. Public Hearing (5:35PM or soon thereafter) - Mountain Manor Springs 2 Rezone - A request to rezone 98.68 acres, located at ~500 N. 7200 W., Petersboro, from the Agricultural (A10) Zone to the Rural 5 (RU5) Zone. 4. Public Hearing (5:50PM or soon thereafter) - Frontage and Access Amendment - An amendment to Cache County Code §17.07.040 & 17.10.040 by establishing new regulations regarding access via frontage. 5. Public Hearing (6:05PM or soon thereafter) - Subdivision Code Amendment - An amendment to Cache County Code Title 16 by creating new subdivision and subdivision amendment standards. 6. Blacksmith Hyrum Fork Irrigation Company CUP - A request to create and operate a Utility Facility, Distribution (Use Type 5610) on 25.05 acres located at ~4750 Hollow Road, Nibley, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone.
