PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Delta City Council of Delta, Utah will conduct their regularly scheduled meetings in the year 2026 on the first and third Wednesdays of each month, except if the meeting dates fall upon a legal holiday. Meetings commence at 7:00 p.m., in the Delta City Municipal Complex Council Chambers located at 76 North 200 West, Delta, Utah. Public Hearings, Special and Emergency meetings are held when necessary, at a time determined by the City Council. Meetings may be canceled if there is not sufficient business on the agenda to merit holding said meeting. Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

THE PUBLIC IS ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY MEETINGS. Furthermore, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Delta will make reasonable accommodations for those needing assistance to participate in our meetings. Requests for meeting assistance can be made by e-mailing the Delta City Recorder, swestbrook@delta.utah.gov or calling 435-864-2759 at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

The City Council may conduct an Electronic Meeting so that a member of the Public Body may participate, pursuant to UCA §52-4-207, (1953), as amended.

Other Information

Be advised the City Council may commence a Closed Meeting, pursuant to Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Section 52-4-204 and Section 52-4-205, (1953), as amended. Agenda items are considered flexible and may be conducted sequentially different than listed. Individuals and entities that have business before the City Council should be present at meeting commencement.
