- NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE/AMEND A WATER IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Section 11-36a, Parowan City hereby gives notice of the intent to implement an Impact Fee Analysis/Facilities Plan for the Water Department in accordance to the requirements of the State of Utah. The Impact Fee Service Area for this analysis includes the current Parowan City service area. For information about the impact fee project, please contact: Dan Jessen at dan@parowan.gov, or in person at the Parowan City Offices, located at 35 E. 100 N., Parowan, Utah.
