- PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN OF JOSEPH 25 E 100 N Joseph UT 84739 12.29.2025 Notice is hereby given pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-202(2) Utah Code Annotated; The Town of Joseph will hold all council meetings the first Thursday of the month at the Joseph Community Center at the above address at 7pm unless otherwise listed. All Planning Commission meetings will be held on the last Tuesday of the month at 7pm at the above address unless otherwise listed
