- EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Eagle Mountain City Council will be present on Tuesday December 30, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Eagle Mountain City Hall Council Chambers (1650 Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah). The City is hosting an Interlocal Social Dinner. City Councilmembers may attend for informational purposes only. No official City business will be conducted, and no formal discussion or decisions will take place.
