NIBLEY CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following Ordinance:
Ordinance 26-01-Adoption of the Nibley City General Plan
Ordinance 25-37-External ADU Billing Amendments, Amending NCC 19.24.050 Accessory Dwelling Unit Standards And 15.04.040 Sanitary And Building Sewers And Connections; Rates
When: January 8, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley, Utah
A full report will be posted on the Nibley City website by Tuesday, January 6, 2026, as part of the City Council's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website. Applicants or interested parties should submit written or emailed comments no later than 5:00 PM MDT on the Wednesday prior to the meeting to allow the Council adequate time for review and consideration. Comments should be submitted either by mail to Nibley City or email to cherylb@nibleycity.gov.If applicants or interested parties would like to comment after this time, please submit your comments during the public hearing at the meeting.
