NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 6, 2025, as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to open a comment period while the commission considers a rezone application submitted by Jamie Walker and David George, representing current property owners Matthew Michaelis and David George. The Applicants propose to rezone three separate parcels (two lots and a driveway access) totaling approximately .36 acres (15,681 sq. ft) of property located at 4545, 4555, and 4559 S Highland Drive, from the R-2 Zone (Residential, two-family) to the P-O Zone (Professional Office).
The proposed rezone would change the allowed land uses from a two-family residential use per 10,000 square feet of land, to a professional office use. Allowed land use by zone can be reviewed in the Allowed Use Table in Chapter ยง13.100 Appendix A of the City of Holladay Municipal Code.
The proposed zone amendment is available for public inspection on the City's website www.holladayut.gov and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours.
The public can remotely watch the Live Stream of the meeting. To provide a public comment or to comment on any public hearing, you have the following options:
