- NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISPOSE OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY The Murray City Police Department currently has in its physical possession abandoned or unclaimed property as described below. Pursuant to UCA 77-24a-5, the Murray City Police Department HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that the personal property described below has been held for at least three (3) months and the owner(s) cannot be determined or located, or if known, such owner(s) have been notified and have failed to claim such property and that the Murray City Police Department will dispose of the personal property according to law. If you have any ownership interest in any of the listed unclaimed property, you must file a claim with the Murray City Police Department within nine (9) days from the date of publication of this notice, or you will lose your interest in that property. All unclaimed property will be disposed of pursuant to UCA-77-24a-5 within 9 days from the publication of this notice. The personal property includes the following: BICYCLES, TOOLS, ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT, JEWELRY, KNIVES, HOUSEHOLD ITEMS, CLOTHING, PURSES, WALLETS, ID'S, WIRE, BACKPACKS, SAFES, SUITCASES, TIRES, RIMS, VEHICLE ACCESSORIES, COSMETICS, HYGIENE PRODUCTS, LAWN AND GARDEN ITEMS, LICENSE PLATES, AND FIREARMS. A more detailed list with serial numbers is available at the Murray City Police Department, located at 10 East 4800 South Room 101, Murray, Utah, during normal business hours.
