PUBLIC NOTICE
NORTHEASTERN COUNSELING CENTER, the Uintah Basin Tri-County Mental Health and Substance Abuse Local Authority, has established its Board Meeting Schedule for 2026 as noted below. Board Meetings are generally held the 2nd Wednesday of every other month alternating from the Vernal Office at 1076 West 500 South, Vernal, Utah to the Roosevelt Office at 290 West 800 South, Roosevelt, Utah, or other sites within the Uintah Basin as posted.

Meeting dates, times, and locations are subject to change. Please call (435) 725-6350 to verify the Board schedule prior to attending. Individuals who wish to be on the agenda to address the Board must make this request in writing to the Board Chair no later than two weeks prior to the meeting.
In addition to this schedule, Special Meetings and Closed Sessions may be called by the Board
in accordance with our Bylaws.
