- PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 6 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting public comment on proposed amendments to the Richfield City General Plan and a proposed zone change to property located at 168 East 500 North (parcel 1-46-52). It is proposed to amend the General Plan land use designation, as necessary, and to rezone approximately .38 acres from RM-11 Multiple Residential to CS Commercial Shopping.
