- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF THE SPECIAL TOWN COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL DECEMBER 29, 2025 Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 52-4-2, UCA,1953 as amended, that the Central Valley Town Council will hold a special meeting called by Mayor Gary Barney, Monday, December 29, 2025, at the Central Valley Town Hall, 50 West Center Street, Central Valley, Utah, at the hour of 9:00 am. Agenda shall be as follows: Review, Discuss and approve purchase of underground water. Posted December 26, 2025 I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING NOTICE AND AGENDA WAS POSTED ON THE UTAH STATE PUBLIC NOTICE WEBSITE, POSTED AT THE CENTRAL VALLEY COMMUNITY CENTER, TOWN OFFICE AND DELIVERED TO EACH MEMBER OF THE CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL; DAVID NIELSON, SUSAN OUTZEN, KODY WINKEL, JOE RENOLDS. EMMA JO CADWALADER CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN CLERK In compliance with the Americans with disabilities act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should contact Emma Jo Cadwalader at 435-893-9178 at least 24 hours prior to this meeting.
