1. Consider an Ordinance Text Amendment to Section 26-III-12 pertaining to the Repealed General Commercial Zone.
2. Consider a General Plan Amendment from Annexed Transition to Business/Light Manufacturing in the vicinity of 3000 North 400 West.
3. Consider a Zone Change from Annexed Transition to I&M-1 in the vicinity of 3000 North 400 West.
4. Consider a Zone Change from General Commercial to R-3-M at 491 North 400 West.

Ordinance Text Amendment Summary
The proposed amendment to Ordinance Section 26-III-12 will apply the provisions of the Central Commercial Zone (CC) to all properties currently zoned General Commercial (GC). This change involves removing the existing language that allows the provisions of the repealed General Commercial Zone to continue to be applied.
