Description/Agenda: Public Notice The Oakley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and take possible action: Thursday, January 8, at 6:00 p.m. Anchor location at: 960 W. Center Street Also available at: ZOOM Meeting I.D. 820 258 4629 The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment and take possible action regarding: Amendment to River Haven Development Agreement. Proposed second amendment includes changes to: - road infrastructure - aligning agreement with the current infrastructure - trail - transferring of funds for Millrace trail to Oakley City - affordable housing - open space - allowing conservation easement to be placed on Parcel A. - river setback - address discrepancies in Weber River setback.
