- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Jordan Burningham for a conditional use for a business license to operate 'Diamond Detox, LLC' substance abuse treatment center business out of the property located at 7877 South Hwy 89/91 Tax Id. #10-053-0014.
