The Gunnison City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 7th, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Gunnison City Hall, located at 38 West Center Street.
The purpose of the hearing is regarding the determination that 30 acres of city owned property near Peacock Springs is surplus property. The city will retain all water and access rights to Peacock Springs.
