- NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT PROJECT AREA PLAN FINAL QUICKSILVER SOLAR COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT PROJECT AREA PLAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 17, 2025, the Utah County Community Reinvestment Agency (the 'Agency') adopted the Final Quicksilver Solar Community Reinvestment Project Area Plan (the 'Plan') pursuant to Utah Code Ann. Title 17C, Chapter 5. The adopted Plan establishes the Quicksilver Solar Community Reinvestment Project Area in Utah County, Utah. The Plan is available for public inspection at the Utah County offices, 51 S. University Avenue, Suite 320, Provo, Utah 84606, and online at: www.utahcounty.gov/publicnotices. Any person wishing to contest the plan or the procedure used to adopt the plan must do so within 30 days after the plan becomes effective, as provided in Utah Code ยง17C-5-110(4). After that period, no contest is allowed.
