The County Council desires to revise the policy on nepotism to prohibit County offices from
entering into contracts with relatives of employees who work in the same office.

B. Resolution 2025-35 - Adopting the Tooele County Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Years 2026
Through 2030, Andy Welch
This resolution adopts a multi- year Capital Improvement Plan that has been prepared in
coordination with County departments to establish long- range priorities for the development,
replacement, and maintenance of County facilities, infrastructure, and major equipment.
